Jackson Youl became the first to reach Shodan this week in Napier - awarded by Sensei Otis


On Friday Family Fun night, in the beginners  class,  the weekly "Ninja belt" is awarded to the Karate ka (student) that stands out the most on that day, Not just in Karate skills, but also in attitude, effort, focus, discipline, manners, good behavior and team work etc.

Women's Self-defense

Once again, our instructor team, lead by Sensei Barry ran a Free community course for the young women (and their mums) at Paraparaumu College.
