  • Zenkutsu Dachi, Gedan Barai

  • 3 steps forward - Sanbon tsuki (Jodan - Chudan twice)  

  • 3 steps backward - Age uke, Gyaku tsuki 

  • 3 steps forward - Soto uke, Kiba dachi, Yoko empi, Uraken, Gyaku tsuki

  • 3 steps backward - Kokutsu dachi, Shuto uke, Kizame geri, Nukite, Shuto uke

  • 3 steps forward - Gedan kakewake uke, Nidan geri (Chudan, Jodan)

  • Mawate, Kamae

  • 3 steps forward (towards back of dojo) - Nidan Mawashi geri (Chudan, Jodan)

  • Mawate, Kamae

  • 3 steps forward - Ura Mawashi geri (Jodan)

  • 3 cross steps in each direction - Kibadachi, Yoko geri keage
